Deadlines for Payment
Fall Tuition: August 10th, 2024
Spring Tuition: January 11th, 2025
Summer Tuition: June 7th, 2025
Additional Charges:
$35 Registration fee each fall
$15 participation fee for each studio recital
Cost of books and events are invoiced as needed
Monthly Payment Plan (September through May with one payment for the summer)
30-minute lessons: $185.50/month with one summer payment of $245
45-minute lessons: $278/month with one summer payment of $367.50
60-minute lessons: $370.50/month with one summer payment of $490
Monthly tuition is due the first piano lesson of the month. There is a $15 fee for late payments.
Policies
- The party who cancels a lesson is financially responsible for it. Lessons cancelled by the teacher will be refunded or rescheduled; lessons cancelled by the student will not. Please use the swap list whenever possible to trade times with others.
- Your tuition covers 39 lessons, yet 41 lessons are scheduled. The 2 unpaid lessons allow for two teacher cancellations per year.
- Students who join the studio agree to 5 piano lessons per summer. All 5 lessons are scheduled before the start of the summer term.
- Tuition is non-refundable once the semester has started; for monthly students, the remainder of the semester’s tuition is owing and due the day they withdraw.
